About this festival
A Caminha mountain pilgrimage preserving pilgrimage rituals and popular celebration.
Context
The pilgrimage brings pilgrims and visitors together around the chapel and monastery of São João d'Arga. The night from 28 to 29 August combines traditional music and local specialities.

- Three circuits around the chapel after climbing the hill.
- Two symbolic alms: one for the saint and another for the devil.
